1. Voluntary Cancellation by Member 

1.1 A member may request cancellation of their StartupVapi Community membership at any time by submitting a formal cancellation request through the official app, email, or designated communication channel. 

1.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and shall be considered effective only upon written acknowledgment from the StartupVapi Core Team. 

 

2. Refund Policy 

2.1 Membership fees paid to StartupVapi are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: 

• Partial usage of membership duration 
• Non-participation in events or activities 
• Change in personal or professional circumstances 

2.2 No refunds, prorated or otherwise, shall be issued once the membership has been activated. 

 

3. Access & Benefits Post-Cancellation 

3.1 Upon cancellation: The member shall lose access to the StartupVapi app, community platforms, and communication channels. Eligibility to attend events, programs, workshops, or investor-related activities shall cease immediately. 

3.2 StartupVapi reserves the right to revoke access without notice once the cancellation request is approved. 

 

4. Cancellation Due to Policy Violation or Misconduct 

4.1 StartupVapi reserves the right to cancel or terminate membership with immediate effect in cases including but not limited to: 

• Violation of community guidelines or policies 
• Moral or ethical misconduct 
• Behaviour detrimental to the reputation or functioning of the community 
• Serious complaints from fellow members 

4.2 In such cases, termination shall be immediate and no refund or compensation shall be applicable. 

 

5. Impact on Future Membership 

5.1 Members who voluntarily cancel their membership may apply for re-registration as a New Member, subject to: 

• Payment of applicable membership fees 
• Review and approval by the Founder or Core Team 

5.2 Members whose membership was terminated due to misconduct may be: 

• Subject to rejection
• Required to undergo a coolingoff period, at the sole discretion of the Founder/Core Team. 

 

6. Policy Authority & Amendments 

6.1 The StartupVapi Founder and Core Team reserve the right to interpret, modify, or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. 

6.2 The decision of the Founder or Core Team shall be final and binding in all cancellation-related matters.
